摘要
在斜齿轮实际啮合中,由于误差的存在,齿轮的啮合已不同于理论啮合分析。本文用运动学法进行了有误差斜齿轮的空间啮合分析。通过给定方程,可用计算机模拟计算其瞬态啮合特性:①齿轮瞬时接触线(或点)和瞬时接触法线方向;②齿轮瞬时传动比和齿轮综合传动误差。
In practical mesh of belical gears,because of the existing error,the mesh state is deffirent from the theoretical instance.In this paper,the authors analyze the space mesh of error helical gear transmission by using kinematics.Through the given equation,the instantaneous mesh characteristics can be simulated and calculated with computer.(1) The instantaneous contact line(or point) and the normal direction of mesh gears.(2) The instantaneous ratio and synthetical transmission error.
