摘要
将难溶于水的meso-四(4-羟基苯基)卟啉锌配合物(ZnTpHPP)与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)结合,制得水溶性高分子金属卟啉配合物BSA-ZnTpHPP-n(n=1,3,5,10).采用紫外-可见光谱、圆二色谱、非变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对产物进行了表征.结果表明,锌卟啉与牛血清白蛋白以配位键结合,当BSA与ZnTpHPP以较低比例(1∶1,1∶3)结合时,蛋白结构保持不变.在可见光照射下,考察了BSA-ZnTpHPP-1在BSA-ZnTpHPP-1/MV2+/TEOA光诱导电子转移体系中和甲基紫精(MV2+)的电子转移,表明BSA-ZnTpHPP-1是一种良好的生物高分子光敏剂.
A new kind of water-soluble biopolymer metalloporphyrin complex which is entitled BSA-ZnTpHPP-n (n = 1,3,5,10) is prepared by the way of eomplexing bovine serum albumin (BSA) with a insoluble metalloporphyrin, meso-tetra (4-hydroxylphenyl) porphinatozinc (ZnTpHPP). And it is characterized by UV, CD and Native -PAGE. It is concluded that the structure of BSA is kept after coordinating metalloporphyrin complexes (1 : 1,1 : 3). The photoinduced electron transfer reaction from BSA-ZnTpHPP-1 to methyl viologen(MV2+) in BSA-ZnTpHPP-1/MV^2+/TEOA system is also measured with durative irradiated illumination. The result shows that BSA-ZnTpHPP-1 is a good biopolymer photosensitizer.
