兰州市餐厨垃圾资源化利用可行性分析 被引量:10

摘要 根据兰州市餐厨垃圾的产量、性质及处理现状,并与国内外餐厨垃圾处理方法进行比较,提出将兰州市餐厨垃圾采用单相、湿式、中温、连续进料厌氧消化工艺进行处理,利用所产生的沼气进行发电,可实现年理论发电量1 533万kWh;使用废渣进行堆肥,可年生产有机肥0.42万t.此种处理方法,充分利用了餐厨垃圾中的有用资源,变废为宝,可实现餐厨垃圾的"3R(无害化、减量化、资源化)"处理,具有明显的经济效益和环境效益,为兰州市餐厨垃圾处理提供了科学依据. According to the production, nature and current treatment methods of food waste in Lanzhou City, after comparing with food waste treatment methods abroad, this paper proposed the single-phase, wet, medium temperature, continuous feed anaerobic digestion process for the treatment of the food waste in Lanzhou city. Using the produced biogas to generate electricity, it can achieve an annual generation of 1. 533 million degrees of electricity. And using the solid residues for composting, the annual production can achieve 4.2 kiloton of organic fertilizer. With such an approach, we can make full use of useful resources in food waste, making waste to treasure, and the food waste can be achieved "3R (harmless, reduction, resources)". This approach has obvious economic and environmental benefits, which will provide a scientific basic processing of food waste for Lanzhou City.
