摘要
针对轴向磁场磁通切换型永磁电机,提出了一种电机外围漏磁有限元处理方法能量法,即电机有限元模型外围模拟空气环境的虚拟空气罩尺寸的确定方法。不同虚拟空气罩尺寸下,工作气隙永磁磁通幅值计算结果的变化趋势说明了该方法的可行性。研究表明,使用该方法可以在计算时间和精度之间实现最优化,该方法同样可以推广到双凸极电机等定子永磁型电机的有限元分析。
A new method based on the magnetic energy to peripheral flux leakage in a novel axial field flux-switching permanent magnet (AFFSPM) machine was presented. The size of suppositional peripheral air cylinders used to simulate the air condition in finite element analysis model of the AFFSPM machine was determined by the suggested method, Thus,a balance between the calculation precision and time was achieved. The calculation results were consistent with that by the variance of PM flux maximum value. The investigation shows that this method is useful in the application of machines with PM in stator.
