摘要 提出了用分形几何的方法描述砂轮表面轮廓形貌。采用结构函数法计算砂轮表面周向轮廓的分维数d和拓扑常量c。综合应用分形参数d和c,能提供不依赖于尺度的砂轮轮廓形貌的描述方式,可有效地识别砂轮的磨粒大小、表面的磨损状态等。 This paper characterizes the profile of grinding wheels using the fractal Geometry. The fractal dimension and topo constant of the structure function can be easily calculated. The grit size of the grinding wheels and their wear states can be easily identified by means of the fractal dimension together with the topo constant.
