摘要 研究了涤纶长丝含量对嵌入式复合纺成纱性能的影响。以40 dtex涤纶长丝和毛粗纱为原料,其他纺纱工艺不变,在细纱小样机上通过改变嵌入式复合纱的线密度纺制各种毛涤嵌入式复合纱。随着毛涤嵌入式复合纱线密度的减小,复合纱中的涤纶丝含量逐渐增大,复合纱的断裂强力呈现逐渐减小的趋势,断裂伸长率处于波动的状态,条干CV值有振荡且逐步增大的趋势,毛羽指数变化也呈现出波动状态。相同线密度和捻度的毛涤嵌入式复合纱的成纱强伸性能比纯毛环锭纱优越。 In this paper is studied the influence of PET filament content on the property of embedded composite yarn. By use of 40dtex polyester filament and wool roving, different wool/PET embedded yarns are spun through changing the linear density on sample spinning frame and keeping the other spinning processes constantly. It shows that PET filament content in embedded composite yarn is increased, breaking strength gradually decreased, elongation being not stable, yarn irregularity value gradually increased and hairiness index indicating fluctuation with the linear density decreased. The elongation of wool/polyester embedded composite yarn is better than that of pure wool ring spun yarn under the same yarn linear density and twist.
