摘要
研究经常压低温等离子体处理后芳砜纶纤维的力学性能、回潮率以及阻燃性能的变化情况。结果表明,经常压低温等离子体处理后,芳砜纶纤维的摩擦因数和回潮率有一定的提高,阻燃性能变化不大,拉伸初始模量有所下降,纤维拉伸强力、断裂功下降,断裂功下降量小于7%,这些对提高纺纱性能有利。
In this thesis are mainly studied the influences of low - temperature plasma treatment on its mechanical properties, moisture regain and flameretardance of polysulfone fiber. The result shows that the friction factor and moisture regain of plasma - treated PSA have improved, the tensile modulus decreased, the fiber tensile strength and fracture work reduced with fracture work only descended less than 7%, but flame - retardance changed little, which benefits PSA's spinning performance.
