摘要
在国产A字头并粗设备上生产混纺高档针织用纱,并粗工序流程长,且存在中长片断细节轻纱等质量难点。本着节能降耗、低成本改造的原则,通过改进工艺流程,侧重末并设备控制,加高原熟条筒,改善并条机后自停可靠性,利用变频技术稳定粗纱开关车张力波动等措施,从根本上消除了并粗工序的质量隐患。
Based on the principle of saving energy and reducing production cost, technical measures as improving its process flow, well controlling processing equipments, increasing sliver can height, enhancing the back stop motion reliability of draw frame and using frequence convert to stabilize the yarn tension of roving machine in stopping and starting have been adopted to eliminate the potential quality defects that could happen in roving process.
