摘要
采用色谱柱Sinochrom.ODS-BP(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(55∶45),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为373nm,柱温选择室温,建立测定樱桃中槲皮素含量的反相高效液相色谱法。结论表明槲皮素在0.36-7.2μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9989),方法平均回收率为101.5%。本方法简便准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,可为评价樱桃质量提供依据。
A method for the determination of quercetin content in Cerasus pseudocerasus(Lindl. ) G. Don by RP-HPLC was established. The Sinochrom. ODS-BP(4.6mm ×250mm, 5μm) was used for analysis, methanol-0. 4% H3PO4 (55 : 45) as mobile phase with detection wavelength 373nm, 1.0mL/min of flow rate and column temperature at room temperature. A good linear curve in the range of 0. 36-7.2μg/mL (r = 0. 9989)was obtained. The average recovery was 101.5 %. This simple and reproducible HPI.C analysis provided reference to estimate the quality of Cerasus pseudocerasus (Lindl.)G. Don. The results are reliable and accurate.
