微波消解-原子吸收光谱法测定三醋酸纤维素中铜和铁的含量 被引量:4

摘要 在150℃、800W的消解条件下,用硝酸对三醋酸纤维素进行消解,空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定三醋酸纤维素中铜和铁的含量,测定条件为:光谱通带为0.4nm、灯电流为3.0mA、燃烧器高度为6.0mm、乙炔流量为2.0L·min-1。结果表明,测定样品中铜和铁含量分别为1.15、5.63μg.g-1。该法的加标回收率在97.0%—100.6%范围内,相对标准偏差均小于1.0%。适用于三醋酸纤维素中铜和铁的质量控制和样品系统分析。 The copper and iron in cellulose triacetate were digested with microwave under the condition of temperature of 150℃ and power of 800W with nitric acid and determined by air-C2H2 flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The optimal conditions were spectral bandwidth of 0. 4nm,the current of lamp of 3.0mA, burner height of 6.0ram and the acetylene flow of 2. 0L · min^-1. The contents of copper and iron in cellulose triacetate are 1.15μg · g^-1 and 5.63μg · g^-1 respectively. The standard adding recovery is in the range of 97.0%-100. 6%. The relative standard deviation is less than 1.0%. The method fully suited to control the contents of copper and iron in cellulose triacetate and was used in the analysis of sample system with good results.
