摘要
采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶(200mm×4.6mm,5μm)为固定相,以甲醇∶水(14∶86)为流动相,在214nm波长测定苦杏仁苷。苦杏仁苷在0.25—1.50μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.99997),回收率为100.04%(RSD为1.12%)。该方法简便准确,重复性好,处方中其他成分对测定无干扰,可作为本产品的质量控制方法。
The amygdalin in qingfei huatanwan separated on C18 column was determined by HPLC with mobile phase of methanol-water （14 ： 86）, detected at 214nm. The recovery was 100.04% with corresponding RSD of 1. 12%. The method is simple and reproducible without the inference of other ingredients,and can be used as quality control.
