高层建筑大跨度重荷载钢屋盖结构设计 被引量:2

摘要 对温州某旅游度假大酒店的连体钢屋盖结构进行了优化设计,采用空间管桁架的结构体系后屋盖的用钢量明显减小,外形显得轻盈美观,且便于施工。整体结构的强度和变形均满足相关设计规范的要求。屋盖的悬挂吊点设计十分重要,提出几种设计方案,采用有限元软件ANSYS进行了典型节点的力学分析。分析结果表明,钢屋盖结构的优化设计从整体方案到节点构造合理可行。 Structure optimization design for the connecting steel roof of a tourist holiday hotel in Wenzhou is carried out, steel consumption significantly reduces after applying the structure system of spacial hollow section truss, the figure appears light and aesthetic, and the new structure design facilitates construction.The strength and deformation of overall structure meet requirements of corresponding specifications. The suspension joints of steel roof are crucial, several design schemes are presented in this paper, and mechanical analysis on typical joints are performed using finite element software ANSYS. Analysis results show that both overall structure scheme and joint conformation of this optimum design are reasonable and feasible.
