摘要
采用吸湿-回干方法处理不同发芽率的马尾松种子,研究其对马尾松种子播种品质的影响。试验结果表明:吸湿-回干处理能提高中等活力马尾松种子(发芽率为66%)的发芽率;对高活力的马尾松种子(发芽率为83%)发芽率影响不大,但对平均发芽时间、发芽势和发芽指数影响显著。
The effect of hydration-dehydration treatment on the sowing qualities of the Pinus massoniana seeds with different germination rates was studied in this paper. The results showed the treatment could improve the germination rate of the seeds with the middle vigor while it hardly improved the germination rate of the seeds with high vigor. However the treatment had obvious influences on germination time, germination viability and germination index of the massion pine seeds.
