两种养护条件下水泥-粉煤灰胶凝体系的性能

摘要 通过测定不同粉煤灰掺量的水泥净浆的化学结合水量、孔隙结构和抗压强度,研究了在蒸汽养护与标准养护条件下水泥-粉煤灰胶凝材料的性能。试验结果表明:蒸汽养护条件加快了水泥-粉煤灰胶凝体系的早期水化速率,提高了硬化浆体的早期抗压强度,但与标准养护条件下的对应试件相比,硬化浆体的孔径粗化,且后期强度增长较缓。 By testing chemically combined water content, porosity and compressive strength of hardened pastes with different contents of fly-ash, characteristics of cement and fly-ash composite under the steam curing and standard curing are studied. The experimental result indicates that steam curing increases early hydration velocity of cement and fly-ash composite binders and improves early compressive strength of hardened pastes. However, compared with standard curing, the aperture of hardened pastes under steam curing is coarser, and the late compressive strength increases more slowly.
