摘要
为了确保襄渝线流水河大桥库区高桩承台施工的安全性,提高工程建设质量,结合工程实际情况,在大桥高桩承台施工中选用单壁结构钢吊箱。介绍了钢吊箱结构型式的选择、工艺流程、安装、下沉、封底及承台施工等,并对施工质量控制和施工安全提出了建议。实践表明,这种方法经济效益良好,具有较强的适用性,可为类似条件下桥梁下部结构的施工提供参考。
In order to ensure the safety of high-pile cap construction of Liushuihe bridge of Xiangyu railway in reservoir area and improve the quality of construction, steel box cofferdam with single-wall is used in high-pile cap con-struction. Selection of structural type, technological process, installation, settlement, bottom sealing and pile cap construction in deep-water foundation are introduced according to practical projects. Moreover, some sugges-tions about construction quality control and construction safety are put forward. Practice shows that this tech-nology has good economic benefits and applicability, which can be a reference for substructure construction of bridge in similar condition.
