摘要
以马铃薯栽培品种甘农薯2号试管苗为试材,研究了在0.4%、0.6%NaCl胁迫下外源激素GA3、6-BA、IAA对试管苗耐盐性的影响。结果表明:3种激素均对马铃薯试管苗受到的盐胁迫具有一定缓解作用,使盐胁迫下的试管苗叶绿素含量提高、脯氨酸和丙二醛含量降低,其中GA3和IAA提高叶绿素含量的效果显著,GA3降低脯氨酸和丙二醛含量的效果比6-BA和IAA明显。
The potato cultivar "Gannongshu No.2" was used as material to investigate the effect of exogenous GA3, 6-BA and IAA on salt-tolerance of potato test-tube plantlets in 0.4% and 0.6% NaCl salt stress. The results indicated that three exogenous hormones had a release effect on potato test-tube plantlets in salt stress, which could increase the chlorophyll content and decrease the proline and malondialdehyde content under NaCl salt stress. GA3 and IAA significantly increased the chlorophyll content. The decrease of proline and malondialdehyde content by GA3 was significant than 6-BA 和 IAA.
