摘要
有机磷农药污染严重,利用有机磷农药降解酶是治理有机磷农药残留的新技术,综述了有机磷农药降解酶的作用机理、基因、应用等方面的研究现状。
Organophosphate pesticides cause serious pollution problems. Using Organophosphorus pesticides hydrolase is new technology to treat organophosphorous pesticides pollution. The present situation and development of Organophosphorus pesticides hydrolase, such as the degrading mechanisms, genes coding enzymes, and the application were summarized in this paper.
