摘要
从化工厂及其周围环境的土壤样本中分离出110株细菌菌株,并以这些细菌发酵液对高岭土悬浮液絮凝效果为指标,筛选出1株产絮凝剂最高的菌株。该菌株在实验室培养条件下,以10 mL培养基接种0.2 mL细菌的接种量,6 h种龄的种子液接种,pH7,30℃的摇床培养60 h可达最高絮凝活性,其最佳培养基配方为:葡萄糖20 g、尿素0.5 g、酵母膏0.6 g、NaCl 0.6 g、K2HPO4.3H2O 6 g、KH2PO4 3 g,pH值为7。微生物絮凝剂与化学絮凝剂比较试验结果表明,该微生物絮凝剂对水中悬浮物的去除能力较强,对高浓度染料废水的脱色能力有一定作用。
110 strains were obtained from the soil sample near the chemical factory. It was the index including fermentation fluids of these strains influencing the flocculation effect of kaolin liquid. One of strains was screened which produced the highest flocculation. The strains could reach the peak of activity under the laboratory cultivation conditions. The volume of vaccine was 0.2 mL per 10 mL. The age of the seed fluid vaccination was 6 hours. At the same time, the outside conditions included that pH was 7, and the temperature was 30℃, and the time of shaking culture was 60 hours. The ingredient of the best medium was as following. The amount of Glucose was 20 grams. The amount of urea was 0.5 gram. The amount of yeast paste was 0.6 gram. The amount of NaCl was 0.6 gram. The amount of K2HPO4· 3H20 was 6 gram. The amount of KH2PO4 was 3 gram. The degree of pH was 7. Comparing the micro-flocculation with chemical flocculants, the micro-flocculation has better suspension ability of removing in the water. The former has the certain effect on the high concentrated dye of wastewater including de-colorization ability
