摘要 利用WB36钢正火后不同冷却条件下的性能和组织变化,结合其CCT曲线,分析其临界冷却速度对性能和组织的影响。分析表明,WB36钢正火后在20-80min内冷却到贝氏体区,可以得到铁素体和贝氏体的混合组织而性能较优,回火时间保持在3min/mm可保证其性能不变。另外,因硬度与强度的变化趋势相同,建议采用硬度作为验收WB36钢的一个指标,但应考虑采用不同硬度计换算时引起的误差。 By using the variation of properties and microscopic structure under different conditions after normalization of steel,and combining with its CCT curves, the influence of critical cooling speed upon properties and microscopic structure of said steel has been analysed. Analysis shows that the WB36 steel after normalization, the cooling speed in 20-80 min reaches the bainite area,a mixed structure of ferrite and bainite can be obtained,and having better properties. If the temper time is maintained at 3 min/mm, the properties can be ensured not to change. In addition, the varying tendency of hardness and strength is the same, it is recommended to use the hardness as a norm of acceptance for WB36 steel, but the error appeared in conversion calculation of different hardmeters has to be considered.
