摘要
来宾电厂1号、2号锅炉原设计燃用烟煤,为适应煤炭市场变化,拟掺烧部分无烟煤。以来宾电厂拟用煤种为试验对象,应用所提出的煤质燃烧特性指数分析煤样的燃烧特性,应用锅炉结构特性指数分析判断锅炉的结构特性,并将这两种特性相耦合,给出了保证锅炉安全经济运行的锅炉稳定性常数、锅炉燃尽性常数和锅炉结渣性常数。根据所得锅炉常数,判断拟用煤种对锅炉的适应性。经综合考虑,来宾电厂锅炉拟用无烟煤与烟煤的掺混比例不宜超过5?5。
The boilers no. 1 and no. 2 in Laibin Power Plant were coal,it is intended to mixedly burn a part of anthracitic coal for originally designed to burn bituminous suitability in variation of the coal market. Taking the coal sorts intended to mexedly burn in Laibin Power Plant as the object,the combustion characters of coal samples has been analysed by using coal quality index,the structural characters of boilers being analysed and judged by using structural index of boilers,and the two kinds of characters being coupled together, the boiler constants, such as stability constant, burn- away constant, and slagging constant of boilers have been given. Based on the obtained constants of boilers, the adaptability of intended to mixedly burn coal sorts used for boilers have been determined. Through comprehensive consideration,the proportioning ratio of anthracitic coal with bituminous coal shouldn't exceed 5:5.
