摘要 某发电公司1号机组运行过程中饱和蒸汽含钠量偏高,且波动较大,有超标现象。对此进行分析认为,1号机组饱和蒸汽含钠量偏高主要原因是1号炉汽包旋风分离器的汽水分离效率差且数量偏少,次要原因是汽包上部密封夹层焊缝开裂、疏水槽与疏水管连接处焊缝未满焊等造成蒸汽机械携带。 The sodium content of saturated tion Co Ltd is somewhat higher, and has steam in operation process of unit no. 1 in one power generacomparative large fluctuation, being likely to exceed the set standard. It is believed from analysis that the main causes leading to high sodium content in saturated steam of unit no. 1 are:poor steamwater separating efficiency of the cyclone separater for the steam drum of boiler no. 1 ,and few number of said separators,as well as mechanical matters carried in steam due to crack in the welded joints of the sealing sandwich on upper part of the drum,and unproper position of the continuous dischaging pipe,as well as having not fully selded in the weld seam at conjunction of drain tank with the drain pipe,etc..
