摘要
探讨了技术-环境壁垒引致的市场转移效应,基于三国贸易的市场转移理论模型,采集出口欧盟的茶叶和出口日本的烤鳗数据,进一步证明技术-环境壁垒引致的市场转移效应的存在。指出我国农产品出口企业应及时监控世界出口市场的格局变化,完善政府、协会和企业的联动机制,加强成本控制和风险管理和提升农产品出口质量等措施来规避技术-环境壁垒的损失。
The export of agricuhural products is troubled by technical-environmental barrier recent years. This paper discusses the market transferring effects induced by this barrier. Based on the theoretical model of the market transferring, this paper analyzes the datum of Tea export to European and the el1 export to Japan, in order to verify the fact of market transferring induced by technical-environmental barrier. It has been concluded that the exporters should pay more attention to the changes of world market division; improving the information sharing mechanism between government, associations and enterprises; cost controlling and the risk management and improving the quality of agricultural products to reduce the lost caused by technicalenvironmental barrier.
