实现以课堂生态和谐为标志的优质教学机制推行策略研究

摘要 本文试就应当如何推行以课堂生态和谐为标志的优质教学机制作出研究探讨,认为优化课堂生态,构建优教优学模式;加强学法指导,增强学生增值能力;倡导和谐人际,促进师生协调互动;建立校本培训制度,推动教师专业发展等,是实现课堂生态和谐的具体策略。
