对“家电下乡”工程的调查与思考——以湖南省郴州市和永州市为例

Investigation and reflection of "appliances to the countryside" project—take Chenzhou and Yongzhou in Hunan as an example

家电下乡是当前政府为扩大农村消费,提高农民生活质量而推出的财政政策方面的一项制度创新,但这项政策实施以来,对"家电下乡"的效果一直褒贬不一,通过走访湖南郴州与永州的部分农村和家电超市,了解家电下乡工程在实施过程中存在的问题,以理性的眼光看待"家电下乡"的得与失,切实采取各种有效措施,使家电下乡这一惠农政策真正落到实处。
