Research on the Reciprocal Interaction between Emergency Logistics and the Development of Logistics Industry

基于供应链及物流功能要素分析灾害性事件应急物流的特点,在研究物流业发展支撑灾害性事件应急物流的条件基础上,建立应急物流发展良性互动的运行决策支持系统。

In view of the characterisitcs of the supply chain and its logistics functional elements, the paper analyzes the properties of emergency logistics under circumstances of disastrous events and, on the basis of an investigation into the supportive conditions of the development of the logistics industry toward that of the emergency logistics in disastrous events, establishes an operation decision-making support system for the reciprocal interaction between the two.
