Application of Control Chart and Process Capability Analysis in the Supplier Quality Management

供应链环境下的质量管理与控制与传统生产方式下的产品质量与控制有着很大的不同,供应链环境下的质量控制使得厂家不仅对自身生产的产品、采购的原材料等进行质量管理,同时还要求对供应商与物资供应相关的其他与原材料质量有关的因素进行管理与控制。将控制图和过程能力分析应用于对供应商的质量监控管理中,使供应商具有对原材料按指定质量标准进行供货的能力。提出的方法通过某医疗设备企业的实际状况应用验证了其对供应商管理的有效性。

Quality control and management have changed greatly since its transition from the traditional production system to the supply chain environment that now the manufacturers have not only to maintain quality management upon its own products and raw materials but also have to extend it to cover the suppliers and other factors that relate to the quality of raw materials. This paper applies control chart and pro- cess capability analysis to the quality monitoring and management of suppliers to ensure that their supplies meet the quality standard of raw materials. The method proposed in the paper is subsequent verified as effective in an empirical study on a certain medical equipment enterprise.
