摘要 探讨目前电子商务企业如何运用智能Agents和数据挖掘技术设计电子商务市场结构,提升自身竞争力来展开研究。指出了电子商务在物流领域中运用的安全性要求,并以Agent在物流配送系统中的运用为案例进行研究,具体分析电子商务市场结构中Agent的每一模块的功能与作用,为电子商务企业应用智能Agent提供指导。 This paper explores the current application of Intelligent Agent and data mining technology by the e-commerce enterprises to construct the e-commerce market structure and improve their competitiveness. It presents the safety specifications of the logistics of e-com- merce and, through case studying on the application of Agent in the physical distribution system, analyzes the specific function and role of each module of the Agent in the market structure of e-commerce in hope to provide guidance for the development of Intelligent Agent in e-commerce enterprises.
