摘要
在分析滑块式自动分拣系统的机械结构、机械作业过程、工作原理和关键工作参数的基础上,结合分析AutoMod三维建模中设备单元库的可重复使用性特点后,根据滑块式自动分拣系统的机械组成结构来合理划分建模的基本单元模块,并分为静态建模和动态建模两部分。最后采用AutoMod软件建立其仿真模型,详细给出了各模块的建模过程、方法思路及实现某一功能的程序代码思路,实现各模块静态建模和各功能代码的一定程度上的可重复使用性。
Based on an analysis of the mechanical structure, workflow, operation principles and key work parameters of the slide-block au- to-sorting system and together with an investigation into the reusability of the equipment unit base in the 3-D simulation of AutoMod, the paper divides, in accordance with the mechanical constitution of the system, the basic unit modules of the modeling into two groups, namely the static modeling and dynamic modeling. Lastly the paper employs AutoMod software in the simulation of the auto--sorting system, elaborating on the modeling process and methodologies for each module as well as the program codes to realize certain functions and makes sure that the static modeling and the program codes achieve a certain degree of reusability.
