摘要 为了防止误操作发生机械干涉现象,针对四自由度景观展示台结构简单、机械保护难度大、多自由度联合控制等特点,采用电气互锁来实现机械保护的控制策略,设计了以可编程控制器(PLC)为现场控制器的电控系统,并分别介绍了PLC控制程序设计的难点及解决方法。该系统使展示台的四个自由度实现了联合控制,并能动态地展示各种景观饰品,使不同方向上的观赏者均获得了最佳的视角效果。调试和运行结果表明,展示台完全达到了设计所规定的功能要求。 In order to prevent mechanical interference phenomenon caused by malfunction, in accordance with the features of the landscape showcase with four degree of freedom, i.e. simple structure, difficult in mechanical protection, and jointly control of multiple degree of freedom, the electrie control system with PLC as field controller has been designed by adopting electric interlock to implement the control strategy offering mechanical protection function, the difficulty in PLC control program design and related solutions are introduced. The system makes interlock control of the showcase four degree of freedom is realized; various landscape decorations can be exhibited dynamically; excellent view angle effects are obtained to viewers in different directions. The test and operation results demonstrate that the showcase meets the specific functional demand of design.
