摘要
加仓设备是火力发电厂整个输煤程控系统的重要组成部分。为了解决传统敞开式加仓设备的粉尘大、对皮带磨损严重以及进口卸料小车控制系统价格昂贵等缺点,针对进口卸料小车的硬件特点、工艺要求和电厂现场实际情况,对卸料小车控制系统的软硬件进行了合理的设计,使其与整个输煤程控系统融为一体。现场运行表明,该系统具有环保、节能、可靠、故障率低等特点,完全满足大型火力发电机组的需求。
Bunkering equipment is an important part of the whole coal handling system in fossil-fired power plant. To solve the demerits of traditional open bunkering equipment, e.g. heavy dusty, severe belt tear, and expensive imported control system, etc. , aiming at the features and technical requirements of hardware of imported unloading trippers, as well as the practical situation of power plant, the hardware and software of the control system for unloading trippers are designed reasonably to make it merged in a whole with the coal handling system. The practical operation shows that the system features energy saving, reliable, environmental protection, and low fault rate, etc. , and fully meets the demands of large-scaled fossil-fired power units.
