摘要 为提高晶振与时间继电器的测试效率,实现仪器的便携性与可程控特性,设计了一种基于FPGA和LM3S8962的高精度智能化测试仪。该仪器可以同时接收八路输入信号,自动测试完毕后,在TFT液晶屏上实时显示测量结果、绝对误差和相对误差。实验表明,测试仪具有较小的测量不确定度和较高的工作效率。 In order to enhance the test efficiency for crystal oscillators and time relays, and make the tester programmable controlled and portable, the highly accurate intelligent tester based on FPGA and LM3S8962 has been designed. The tester is equipped with eight channels for eight signals input simultaneously. When automatic test completed, the measurement results, absolute errors and relative errors are displayed on TFT liquid crystal panel in real time. The experiment proves that the tester offers smaller uncertainty of measurement and higher efficiency.
