节能促低碳,中国纸业依然任重道远 被引量:3

Energy saving to promote the development of Chinese low-carbon paper industry

摘要 结合美国造纸工业能耗带宽状况和我国造纸工业用能实际,探讨了我国造纸工业节能降耗工作,介绍了造纸干燥节能技术研究最近进展。造纸工业主要耗能为电、汽和直接燃料;整个制浆造纸过程可实现节能潜力最大的工序,其潜在节能量依次为纸页干燥66%、碱回收窑炉35%和液体蒸发27%。节能工作可推动我国造纸工业节能减排增效,不断实现向低碳产业经济发展的战略目标。 The international situation of energy saving to reduce pollution discharge was briefly introduced. By combining paper industry energy bandwidth situation of U.S.A with energy using practice of paper industry of our country, the work of saving energy and reducing consumption of paper industry in our country was explored. The latest advance of energy-saving technology for paper drying was introduced. The main energy consumption of paper industry includes electricity, steam, and direct fuel. The whole pulp and paper process can achieve the greatest potential for energy-saving as follows, paper drying 66%, alkali recovery furnaces 35% and liquid evaporation 27%. The work of energy saving can promote paper industry energy-saving, discharge reduction and benefits increase to achieve the strategic objectives of economic development to a low carbon industry economy.
