摘要
研究了用臭氧法深度处理制浆造纸废水的工艺条件。包括臭氧与废水量的比与处理效果的关系,臭氧接触反应时间与处理效果的关系以及臭氧脱色机理的初探。结果表明:臭氧与废水接触时间为5min、pH值8左右、臭氧的浓度为42.55mg/L时,废水CODCr的去除率为80%以上,色度的去除率为93.34%。
The processing conditions of advanced treatment of pulp and paper wastewater by ozone oxidation were studied, including the relationship between the ratio of content of ozone and wastewater and the treatment effect, the effect of the reaction time to the treat efficiency and the mechanism of ozone bleaching. The result showed that removal rate of CODCr and color in wastewater can up to more than 80% and 93% respectively when contact time 5min,pH 8, and ozone concentration 42.55mg/L. So we can come to the conclusion the index of the wastewater treated by ozone bleaching can up to new discharge standard of pulp and paper wastewater.
