系统性红斑狼疮患者治疗依从性及影响因素调查

Survey of treatment compliance and influencing factors in systemic lupus eythematosus patients

目的了解系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者治疗依从性及影响因素,探讨提高治疗依从性的对策。方法对已确诊SLE患者进行问卷调查,了解其治疗及影响因素。结果93例中依从61例(65.6%),不依从32例(34.4%)。患者治疗依从性与年龄、婚姻状况、病情病程、文化程度、经济状况及药物不良反应有关(P<0.05)。结论在临床护理工作中应针对性地进行健康教育,为患者提供更多的疾病及用药知识以提高治疗的依从性。

Objective To evaluate the treatment compliance and influencing factors in the patients with systemic lupus eythematosus and to propose the corresponding strategies. Methods Questionnaire survey was performed among systemic lupus eythematosus patients and their treatment compliance and relative factors were analysed. Results Among 93 patients,61 （65.6%） patients complied and the other 32 （34.4 % ） patients did not complied. Patients＇s treatment compliance was correlated with age, marital status, state of the illness, education level, economic status and adverse drug reaction（P〈0.01, P〈0.05）. Conclusion To improve the treatment compliance,the patients should he provided with health education. In the clinical nursing activity,the patients should be fully informed of the disease and the drugs applied.
