3D Contact Stress Finite Element Analysis for Internal or External Engaging Helical Gears

摘要 本文针对建立斜齿轮接触应力有限元模型所涉及的若干问题进行了分析,在此基础上编制了包含内、外啮合并计及轮体结构的斜齿轮接触应力分析有限元建模程序;针对7个考题的有限元结果与ISO、AGMA411.02、AGMA2001齿轮标准的计算结果进行了对比验证分析。 Some problems on helical gear contact stress finite element alalysis modeling are studied in this paper, including forming tooth surface, determining engaging position by means of the minimum length of contact lines, establishing the engaging relation of a pair of gears using coordinate transformation and obtaining the displacement constraint conditions suitable to the contact problem finite element analysis by defining the constraint equations of rigid motion of nodes. A finite element analysis modeling program for calculating contact stress of helical gears which includes the internal or external engagement mode and gear wheel structure is developed. The ADINA nonlinear finite element analysis program is used to a solver. The finite element analysis results of seven samples are verfied through the gear calculation standards of ISO, AGMA411.02, AGMA2001.
