齿轮状态监测和识别方法的研究

基于一致度分析，本文对常用的齿轮状态监测指标进行了优化。通过对优化监测指标集的主分量分析，给出了主分量识别和监测指标，实现了对齿轮状态的识别和监测，尤其是对齿轮出现裂纹的监测。

Based on analysis of the consistency testing degree, this papel takes some efforts on the optimization to gear monitoring index set. By analysing the principal components of optimum monitoring index set, the paper makes it possible for identifying and monitoring gear operating condition, especially for detecting the occurrence of cracks on gears.
