摘要
利用线弹性断裂力学(LEFM)理论、迭加原理和有限元分析方法,就残余应力对对焊接头的疲劳性能的影响进行了理论分析。采用有限板中边界裂纹及中心穿透裂纹的Bueckner及Kanazawa权函数,计算对应对焊接头中的各种残余应力分布的残余应力强度因子。建立了考虑不同残余应力水平影响的表面裂纹疲劳模型,估算对焊接头疲劳寿命及疲劳强度,并与试验数据进行比较验证。
In this paper,a theoretical analysis of the effect of residual stresses on the fatigue behavior of welded butt joints was developed by using linear elastic fracture mechanics(LEFM),superposition principle and finite element approaches.Various configurations of residual stresses in welded butt joints were considered and corresponding residual stress intensity factors were calculated by using Bueckner's and Kanazawa's weight functions for an edge and a central crack in finite plate,respectively.Fatigue life of butt joint welds subjected to various levels of residual stress was calculated and compared with experimental data.
