血管成形术治疗迂曲成角的颅内动脉粥样硬化性病变

摘要 患者男，45岁。因“反复发作性右侧肢体无力、口角歪斜伴言语不能”于2008年3月27日收入上海长海医院临床神经医学中心。体检：意识清楚，右侧鼻唇沟偏浅，右下肢轻度瘫痪，其余神经系统检查无阳性体征。既往患者体健，无高血压、糖尿病等病史；有吸烟史，20年，20支／d。
