支架成形术治疗症状性颅内动脉粥样硬化性狭窄的并发症及其防治 被引量：3

摘要 流行病学研究表明，颅内动脉粥样硬化狭窄的发生率较高，在欧美人群患者中，颅内动脉粥样硬化约占缺血性卒中病因的8％～10％，而〉40岁的中国人群中，7％有不同程度的颅内动脉粥样硬化。目前治疗颅内动脉粥样硬化尚无特别有效的方法。
