CX3C型趋化因子配体1及其受体在卵巢肿瘤中的表达及意义

摘要 卵巢恶性肿瘤是女性生殖系统最常见的三大恶性肿瘤之一,但由于发现时通常已是中晚期且常对化疗药物有耐药性,使其病死率居妇科恶性肿瘤之首。趋化因子是一类调节白细胞在体内传输的细胞因子超家族,在肿瘤生物学中,是决定巨噬细胞、自然杀伤(NK)细胞迁移到肿瘤局部的主要因素之一,而肿瘤相关的白细胞对肿瘤细胞的生长和转移起着重要的作用。趋化因子趋化大量的免疫效应细胞到达肿瘤微环境,继而激活宿主的免疫应答,为肿瘤的免疫学治疗提供了可能。
