采用耐久性分析方法，由断口金相数据得到参考裂纹扩展时间（ＴＴＣＩ）的概率分布函数，由ＴＴＣＩ概率分布函数和约束条件得到通用当量初始缺陷尺寸（ＥＩＦＳ）的概率分布函数。

The a—t data from fracture surface are analysed by an equation of crack growth rate that is often used in durability. Weibull distribution is used to describe the distribution of reference crack initiation time.Equivalent initial flaws size distribution characterizing two groups of specimen with the same configuration for two materials under spectrum loading is finished.From the results, the TTCI distribution probability about different stress levels and crack lengths could be obtained.
