摘要 To the Editor： We read with the interest the article by FAN Hong-guang and colleaguesl having obtained outstanding early and long-term clinical outcomes of left ventricular restoration for the patients with postinfarction ventricular aneurysm and low left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） of mean 37.7%. We would like to comment on surgical strategy for mild iscbemic mitral insufficiency.
