2005-2008年南充市肺结核病患者追踪到位情况分析

目的了解2005-2008年南充市非结防机构网络直报肺结核病患者追踪到位情况,为进一步提高肺结核病患者追踪到位率和结核病防治可持续发展提供科学依据。方法收集2005-2008年南充市《中国结核病控制工作月报表》及《中国结核病控制工作季报表》资料进行分析。结果2005-2008年南充市肺结核病患者结防机构追踪率分别为91.83%、92.09%、88.63%和93.29%,追踪到位率分别为40.26%、75.90%、80.87%和65.89%。结论2005-2008年南充市追踪率、追踪到位率总体呈上升趋势,显示高追踪率,低到位率。表明要提高南充市肺结核病发现,降低肺结核病疫情,应加强肺结核病患者的追踪工作。

Objective To investigate the performance of the follow up to the pulmonary tuberculosis （TB） patients reported by non - anti TB agencies in Nanchong from 2005 to 2008, and provide scientific evidence to improve the performance of pulmonary TB patients follow up and Tb prevention and control. Methods The related data in Nanchong from 2005 -2008 were collected from national TB control monthly reporting form and quarterly reporting from and analyzed. Results From 2005 to 2008, the follow up rate of TB patients by anti TB agencies in Nanchong was 91.83%, 92. 09%, 88.63%, 93.29%, respectively, the success rate was 40. 26%, 75.85%, 80. 75%, 65.89% respectively. Conclusions The overall follow up rate and success rate increased from 2005 to 2008, but the follow up rate was higher than the success rate, which indicated that it is necessary to improve the follow up of pulmonary TB patients for the early detection of TB patients and mitigation of TB epidemic in Nanchong.
