麻风麻木足患者使用普通防护鞋防护效果评价

Evaluation of Protective Effect of General Preventive Footwear on 200 Leprosy Cases With Insensitive Feet

目的探讨应用普通防护鞋对麻风病麻木足、溃疡、皲裂的防护效果,用普通防护鞋开展麻风病康复工作。方法对足底保护性感觉功能障碍麻木点≥2个"×"或溃疡、皲裂200例麻风病患者每年发放2双普通符合防护鞋要求的胶鞋,定期随访观察,分析效果。结果皲裂人数减少72人,皲裂个数减少129个。溃疡人数减少43人,溃疡个数减少57个。治愈23例溃疡患者(治愈20例单纯溃疡)。结论普通防护胶鞋对麻风引起的麻木足、溃疡、皲裂具有良好的防护作用,并且价廉物美,易得到,值得大力推广。

Objective To evaluate the effect of general preventive footwear on insensitive feet, ulcer and chap of leprosy cases and conduct leprosy rehabilitation by using general preventive footwear. Methods Two pairs of general preventive footwear were provided to leprosy patients with ulcer, chap or the insensitive feet （insensitive points 〉 2） every year and regular followed up and analysis were performed. Results The number of the patients with chap decreased by 72 and the number of chaps decreased by 129, the number of the patients with ulcer decreased by 43 and the number of ulcers decreased by 57. The ulcer of 23 leprosy patients were cured. Conclusion The general preventive footwear is effective to protect leprosy patients suffering from insensitive feet, ulcer and crack and can be used widely because of its easy availability.
