和肽素检测的临床应用研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 和肽素(copeptin)是AVP前体羧基末端的一段多肽,两者都是从同一个前体剪切下来的多肽片段。AVP又称抗利尿激素,在下丘脑视七核、室旁核神经元内合成,其最初产物为前激素原,进入高尔基体内形成精氨酸加压素原,后者由164个氨基酸组成,在酶的作用下最终分解为3个多肽片段释放入血液中。AVP是含9个氨基酸残基的多肽,
