摘要
根据塑料馆体流变学理论，推导了狭缝流道压力降计算公式；在此基础上，又采用横截面／假想区域法推得变截面流道的压力降计算公式，并通过计算机编程实现了塑料异型材挤出机头成型段、压缩段的流动分析；最后用实例验证了其可行性。
According to the plastic melt rheology theory， this paper derives the pressure drop calculation formula in slit channel． Based on this， the paper utilizes cross-sections/fictitious-domain method to give the pressure drop calculation formula in thickening-section channel and implements the flow analysis in the land zone and the compression zone of extrusion die by computer． The feasibility has been verified by an example．
