摘要
根据塑料馆体流变学理论,推导了狭缝流道压力降计算公式;在此基础上,又采用横截面/假想区域法推得变截面流道的压力降计算公式,并通过计算机编程实现了塑料异型材挤出机头成型段、压缩段的流动分析;最后用实例验证了其可行性。
According to the plastic melt rheology theory, this paper derives the pressure drop calculation formula in slit channel. Based on this, the paper utilizes cross-sections/fictitious-domain method to give the pressure drop calculation formula in thickening-section channel and implements the flow analysis in the land zone and the compression zone of extrusion die by computer. The feasibility has been verified by an example.
