冠状动脉左主干及三支病变的血运重建策略SYNTAX研究解析 被引量：5

摘要 高展和乔树宾对SYNTAX研究解读——左主干及3支病变的血运重建策略，是该研究结果发表以来，国内写得最好的一篇评论。文章全面、完整、科学、客观介绍了SYNTAX研究，并对其临床意义进行了实事求是的点评。SYNTAX研究不同于以往比较冠状动脉旁路移植术（CABG）与经皮冠状动脉介入（PCI）的研究，最具有代表性的亮点为：（1）all comers，（2）team dicision making。
