摘要
利用乙螵二茂铁与卤代苯甲螵氯通过付一克反应合成了一系列的1-乙螵基-1′-(卤代苯甲螵基)二茂铁。并通过锆氢化反应进行了碳氧双键的选择还原,得到了相应的一螭基和二螭基的二茂铁衍生物。同时还用锂铝氢进行了还原对比。所得的二十八个化合物均为新化合物。并研究了这些化合物的IR, H^1NMR图谱。
Synthesis and hydroziroconation of a series of 1-(acetyl)-1'-(halogeno-benzoyl) ferrocenes were studied. The carbonyl group was reduced by Cp_2 ZrHCl or LiAlH_4 and the corresponding 1-(α-hydroxyethyl)-1'-(halogeno-benzoyl)ferrocenes and 1-(α-hydroxy-ethyl)-1'-(α-hydroxy-halogenobenzyl)ferrocenes were isolated by hydroly ing the reation mixture. Selective reduction of different carbonyl groups by Cp_2 ZrHCl in a molecule seemed obvious. All of them are new compounds. The synthesis results and characteristics of IR and H^1NMR spect a of all the mentioned compounds werepreliminarily discussed.
