人类肝癌非编码RNA转录组研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 肝细胞肝癌（HCC，简称肝癌）是一种具有明显民族聚集性和地域差异性的恶性肿瘤。美国癌症学会（ACS）2007年底公布的数据显示，全世界肝癌年增66．7万人，死亡59．8万人，新患肝癌55％发生存中国。目前，肝癌5年生存率尚不到10％，是仅次于胰腺癌（4．4％）的第二大高度恶性肿瘤。
