二极管激光经巩膜睫状体光凝术治疗硅油填充后的继发性青光眼 被引量:2

摘要 目的:评价经巩膜睫状体光凝术(TCP)对于硅油填充术后药物不能控制眼压的继发性青光眼的治疗应用价值。方法:回顾性观察26例(26眼)药物不能控制眼压的硅油填充继发性青光眼,在排除瞳孔阻滞因素后施行TCP治疗的临床资料。使用光凝能量1.5-2.5 W,光凝最大时间2.0 s,光凝点数24-36。术前后观察眼压、视力及并发症情况。结果:术前平均眼压为(48.23±7.33)mmHg,术后明显降低。术后1月平均眼压为(17.04±3.88)mmHg。未观察到患者视力在术前后有明显变化。结论:TCP对硅油填充术后药物不能控制眼压的继发性青光眼是有效的治疗方法。 Objective: To evaluate the effect of transscleral cyclophotocoagulation (TCP) on the eyes with medically uncontrolled secondary glaucoma following intravitreal silicone oil injection. Methods: Clinical data of 26 eyes of 26 patients who underwent TCP for medically uncontrolled glaucoma without pupillary block following intravitreal silicone oil injection were reviewed retro- spectively. Diode laser TCP was applied at a power setting of 1.5-2.5 W, for a maximum duration of 2.0 s, and a total of 24-36 spots. Intraoeular pressure (lOP), visual acuity and complications were evaluated. Results: IOP was found to have decreased significantly from a pretreatment value of (48.23±7.33) mmHg to (17.04±3.88) mmHg. There was no significant difference in the visual acuity before and after the procedure. Conclusion: Patients with medically uncontrolled glaucoma secondary to intravitreal silicone oil injection can be treated with TCP.
